I worked with Larry on selling our condo and buying our home. He did a great job on advising us strategically about pricing, timing, staging etc. We sold our condo quickly and at the price we wanted. Larry then spent countless hours taking us to different showings. I felt he was very honest about the properties we were seeing and listened to our feedback. I have been working with Richard and Larry since 2003 when they helped me find and purchase my townhouse in Gaithersburg.
