As a former Senior Project Manager in the IT industry, Jeff has over 25 years of experience in listening to customers at every level (corporate officers, stakeholders, analysts, developers, testers and most importantly - the users of the system) to gain a good understanding of their needs in order to ensure success in their daily work life and environment. Once those requirements were understood, he worked very diligently to ensure that those requirements were not only met, but delivered with the highest level of quality and with utmost integrity. As such, he gained a vast knowledge of the importance of providing excellent customer service, which starts with listening to what the customer needs and finalizes with delivering what the customer is expecting..... every time!
Jeff holds a Masters' Certification in Project Management from The George Washington University which has provided a platform for success from an early point and continues to serve him well in every business endeavor or project he undertakes.
A native of Shenandoah County, Virginia, Jeff has lived in the Washington, DC area for over 27 years and he loves being in the heart of the city; currently residing just a few blocks from the White House. He is from a very large family with seven siblings, many, many nieces and nephews, as well as a growing number of great nieces and nephews that range in age from 26 to another one on the way in just a few months.
Jeff is active in several organizations and is a supporter of the Human Rights Campaign and many local charities. His passions are photography and travel, with many photographs from the 19 countries he has visited thus far.
